At Universeum, we work with integrated STEM. We weave together science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) in our learning environments and programmes. In this way, we create interdisciplinary experiences that are based on authentic contexts and challenges.

Our educators are qualified teachers with broad expertise in STEM and interdisciplinary working methods. We also have applied research in pedagogy with us.

Sustainable development. That's it.

Universeum works with lifelong learning in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). We increase the STEM literacy of children, young people and adults – their knowledge, skills and abilities in these subjects. Both employers and society are placing greater demands on STEM competences than before. As a learning resource and complementary learning environment, we can, in collaboration with schools and municipalities, contribute to pupils achieving the learning objectives and teaching developing.

In parallel, we work with biodiversity conservation and research on lifelong learning in STEM. Through our work, on and off Universeum, we contribute to completed studies, STEM competence supply, and action competence for sustainable development.
